  1. Catrine, I just discovered your blog, and I’m so glad that I did! So many of your recipes are foods that my family and I enjoy, as well as some we would like to try. I look forward to making the persimmon and avocado salad. I especially appreciate your explanation of how to make hard boiled eggs using the fresh ones from Chip-in Farm. It’s ironic that fresh eggs are difficult to peel when hard-boiled and wind up looking like moon rocks.

    I look forward to trying your recipes and reading about new ones to come.
